Miscellaneous Illustrations

Illustrations done for one-off projects here and there.

This mouse cartoon was drawn many years ago using Corel Xara which was a personal favorite tool at the time.  In this period, my common practice was to hand-draw cartoons on bristol and scan them into PC using an HP scanner that supported vector line art as a scan format.  Then I would manipulate the art in Xara, which was a vector tool.  These days, since computer hardware manufacturers can't be expected to continue releasing drivers for old hardware on new operating systems, I have since decided to do artwork digitally.  Unfortunately this has not proven to liberate my process from electronics manufacturers, but alas, such is life in the 21st century.

This was drawn to accompany an article in Alert Magazine which was written by Kimberly Sanchez. Print date was sometime in the Spring of 2016.

This is a drawing I did for personal gratification based on seeing 2 cars parked side-by-side at church - one with a license plate which said "Buddha" and the one next to it which said "Say Hay."  The second I saw those cars I knew I had to illustrate the phrase.
